Attractions

Come and see our amazing attractions!

Set on an ex wartime airfield, the sprawling showsite covers around 200 acres, with surprises around every corner, to suit young and old alike. For those who want to go back to their misspent youth, why not pay a visit to the vintage fairground?

Don’t forget to look out for the Poppy Parachute Display Team who will be dropping in again this year!

When you are in need of a cuppa, a firm favourite is the vintage 1940s Tea Room, featuring period style furnishings and serving tea or coffee from delicate china cups which you can choose to accompany delicious homemade cakes or scones with jam & cream (mmmmmm!).  In the background, music plays from a 1940s style radio in keeping with the setting. There is regular music and 1940s inspired Lindy Hop dancing on both days.

New for this year, professional singer Don McDermott will be joining us to perform classic numbers from the Big Band and Swing era, plus there will be regular sets by ‘Steamed Up Brass’.
